Why do we charge a ticket levy

On selected shows a £2 per ticket booking fee is charged and is included in the advertised ticket price. For many incoming productions, the majority of the ticket income is paid to the Production Company or Promoter. The booking fee is entirely retained by the venue.

King's Lynn Arts Centre

For events at King's Lynn Arts Centre you can book online or via Box Office on 01553 764864.

King's Lynn Festival

For King's Lynn Festival events you can book online or via Box Office on 01553 764864

Reservations

Tickets can be reserved for a month. Tickets will still need to be paid for 14 days in advance or sooner for any show which is sold out. Please contact the box office to reserve your tickets and discuss a flexible payment option. Uncollected reservations will be released for resale.

Refunds and exchanges

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Returned tickets will only be offered for resale when the venue is sold out.

Condition of sale

If tickets are resold at a higher price than the face value they immediately become void and the holder may be refused entry.

Children

Children are very welcome at the Corn Exchange. Baby changing facilities are also available in the disabled toilet. Babes in arms (children under 2) will be admitted free of charge to all shows and the cinema but must sit on an adult’s lap. All other children require their own tickets at full price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking.  Parents and/or supervisors are responsible for supervising children in their care at all times.

Concessions

Where indicated concessions are available for children, senior citizens, registered unemployed, registered disabled and students in full time education. Wheelchair seats will be charged at the lowest standard seat price for that show. Please present proof of eligibility when booking.

Family and group tickets

Family Tickets must include at least one adult and one child. Some shows have group booking discounts; these are listed where applicable.

Support Acts

Support acts are regularly used by performers. The venue does not always know if a support act is going to be used when the brochure goes to print. We will update our website as and when we know. Please enquire at the box office on the afternoon of the performance for further information.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available in any denominations and redeemable against any show at the Corn Exchange. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. Buy Vouchers here. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash, we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
