Why do we charge a booking fee
On selected shows a £1.50 per ticket booking fee is charged and is included in the advertised ticket price. For many incoming productions, the majority of the ticket income is paid to the Production Company or Promoter. The booking fee is entirely retained by the venue.

Reservations must be paid for within 7 days of booking or 24 hours before the performance / event begins whichever is sooner. Uncollected reservations will be released for resale.
Refunds and exchanges
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Any refunds in special circumstances will be issued as a cheque from Alive West Norfolk. Returned tickets will only be offered for resale when the venue is sold out and at a handling charge of £1 per ticket.
Condition of sale
If tickets are resold at a higher price than the face value they immediately become void and the holder may be refused entry.
Children are very welcome at the Corn Exchange. Baby changing facilities are also available in the ladies and gents toilets. Babes in arms (children under 2) will be admitted free of charge to all shows but must sit on an adult’s lap. All other children require their own tickets at full price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking. Parents and/or supervisors are responsible for supervising children in their care at all times.
Where indicated concessions are available for children, senior citizens, registered unemployed, registered disabled and students in full time education. Wheelchair seats will be charged at the lowest standard seat price for that show. Please present proof of eligibility when booking.
